Our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all Flouré orders. If you have genuinely tried the product for a minimum of 3 weeks and are not satisfied with your results, contact us at support@floure.co and we will make it right.


Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind before opening your order we will accept a return within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We are unable to accept change of mind returns on opened or used products as these are personal care items. However this does not affect any statutory rights you are entitled to under the laws of your country.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect — contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately. No return required.


Chargebacks and Disputes

We kindly ask that you contact us at support@floure.co before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. We respond within 2 business days and will always work to resolve genuine concerns fairly and promptly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact will be contested using all available order and delivery documentation.


Your Statutory Consumer Rights

Your statutory consumer rights are protected regardless of this policy. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you are entitled to by law.

United States customers: Your rights may vary by state. This policy does not limit any rights available to you under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws.

United Kingdom customers: This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You are entitled to a full refund on faulty or misdescribed goods.

Australian customers: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the ACL.
